Important Notes before Purchasing

• The purchase of this product only includes the Smart Access Control Keypad. This DOES NOT include a magnetic door lock, power supply, or exit button may be required depending on your installation.

• This device ONLY works with 12V DC power. It does NOT work with 12V AC power supplies. Connecting an AC power supply will instantly damage this product and void the warranty.
  
  

• Must be installed by a qualified Gate Automation Specialist. Please check with your installer by showing them the wiring diagram and specifications. Incorrect wiring can damage the device and void the warranty.

• A 4‑core or 8‑core low‑voltage cable is required (not included). This cable must cover the full distance from the Access Control Keypad to your Gate or Garage Motor for power and signal connections.
  
  
• Requires an excellent 2.4GHz WiFi network and signal with a constant internet connection. Does NOT support 5GHz WiFi.
  
  
• Works with most 12V gate motors, garage motors, and door locks that support PB/BT (Push Button / Trigger) input. Not compatible with systems that do not have a trigger input.
  
  
• Requires the Tuya or Smart Life app for remote unlocking and user management. A smartphone is required for setup.
  
  
• Fingerprint performance may vary if fingers are wet, dirty, or damaged. Register multiple fingerprints for best reliability.
