The device apparently has a firmware bug where some of the relays may show as online of offline even when not physically on or off. This does not seem to be a single 'dud', but rather a broad issue. Supposedly, this is possible to workaround in Zigbee2MQTT, by not relying on the device's state reporting, although not an ideal fix.
Also, sometimes switching can be slow, almost like the device's cache or memory stalls for a couple of seconds.
Other than these issues, it switches fine, pairing with Z2M was effortless, and the dimming works well.
Excellent Value for Money
This vibration sensor is ultra sensitive and will pick up the smallest bump against a glass panel. What I also like about it is its small size which is important for windows with a view.
I replaced my old alarm system with a Tuya WG107T alarm system and ordered 13 more window and door sensors from Digital Life. They supplied me with the H502DS sensors which are more sensitive and smaller than the old sensors (of my previous alarm) and thus less visible. They also use the coin shaped 3023 battery which is less expensive than the previous sensors' batteries.
The lock exceeded all my expectations. The build quality is excellent, installation was as simple as a regular door knob, and the fact that it can be controlled by the app is what gives it a 5 star review.
The unit is connected via Zigbee to a LAN home control system. It uses level sensors, also read by the home control system. When the pool water level is low and the pump is not running, it opens the feed line for a set time per day to fill the pool. It works very well.

It has all the functionality I require; so I just need to do the installation. Hopefully this weekend ahead of us.

Using it with a smoke detector, no issues and glad that I can recharge this.
Have it set close to a Zigbee Router (signal is a bit weak), paired easily with Zigbee2MQTT and all functions are exposed.
This picks up LP Gas with no issue despite the product description, so I assume this is the model that picks up 4 different gases as suggested by the manual (mounting position depends on type).
Due to this however, keep in mind that if you usually disinfect surfaces or cook with alcohol, this will inadvertently trigger the device as well. This may or may not be a dealbreaker for you but I’m unsure of any other Zigbee products on the market that won’t pick this up.
Overall, very happy with this.

Exactly as advertised. These bulbs are added to the Smart Life App, which provides remote (wifi) connectivity to the bulb. It allows you to change the lights colour, brightness etc. as well as set schedules to turn onn/off. Great product & delivery was good.
